Oh Celeste! I just love this tree painting. The colors are just so alive (I couldn't see them as well on the Behind the Scenes blog and I loved the painting over there!) and gorgeous. I love too the format and that composition and just am in dire want. Beautiful work and so glad you all got out for your plein aire session!

Celeste, I visit your site every day. I'm drawn to the continued diversity in your posts. You're like a compete surprise! I never know what I'm going to find.

I really love the tree. The Caribbean tones to the right coupled with the white and the sunlit bark are a dynamite combination! The longer I look, I feel like your tree is a person, standing tall with his hand on his hip...
